Therapy helps

Therapy makes sense when it is not possible to solve problems alone, when there is no neutral family member or neutral resource person at work to talk with. It is better to get help early than to be burdened with anxiety and uncertainties for a long time.

Situations when a therapy makes sense:

Problems at work
Career issues, leadership problems
Stress and burnout
problems in the relation
Weak self confidence
Depression and loneliness
Trauma and abuse
Anxiety, fears and panic attacks
Phobia
Anger
Loss, sadness and disappointment
Midlife crisis

Many look for help and get help. Therapy might be a topic that is not mentioned but it is something that many are helped by. It is often a sign for strength to be able to take the decision to contact a therapist.
